The Kassassin Train
It was a hyperbole genius....he barely got any minutes which means he obviously sucks, just like how Volpatti does. You know more than the Canucks than the management itself does...explains why your coach - oh yea...

Boudrias
On what basis do players get a vote on strike vs no strike? If Ebbett is playing in the AHL but got NHL time last year does he get a vote? Curious.
elvis15
The only one I'm surprised about is Ebbett, what with Kesler not being ready for at least a month or two and no other centers signed. It made me wonder if a signing was in in the works for someone like Arnott or a trade was all but settled for someone in return for Luongo. Perhaps it's just a chance for Schroeder and Gaunce to show off their skills when camp does start and Ebbett will get the option with the potential relaxed rules to come back up to the team for camp without passing waivers. Regardless, it's just so these players can have some playing time in the AHL, as they'd have to clear waivers to be able to be sent to the Wolves where our other players wouldn't have to go through waivers or aren't expected to play in the AHL yet until final cuts are made once the season's under way. gizmo2337
Shouldn't Pinizzotto be on that list? He's on a two way isn't he? Edit. I didn't realise the players are actually exposed as per normal waivers, just earlier this year per NHL/PA agreement. I guess the Canucks didn't want to risk him being claimed. Where's Wellwood
You know for the Sedin's 6th Sense, calling a guy who has 21 sucks shows how you're not the 6th sense of the Sedins.

Boudrias
Players don't get to vote. Bettman decides when he wants to lock out and the board of governors either agree with it or not.

TOMapleLaughs
Except that Kassian did get playoff minutes because he is a far better player than Volpatti. I wish Volpatti well, but c'mon... "Scruuuuub."
