Here was the summary of the Nashville/San Jose series:

Game 1: SJS defeats NSH 4-2

Game 2: NSH defeats SJS 5-3

Game 3: SJS defeats NSH 5-0

Game 4: SJS defeats NSH 6-1

Game 5: NSH defeats SJS 4-2

Game 6: NSH defeats SJS 3-2

Game 7: NSH defeats SJS 7-4

I can't even imagine how choked SJS is right now after Kipper gave up 7 goals in game 7, not to mention blowing a 3-1 series lead by allowing 14 goals over the final 3 games (4.67 GAA).

Either way, I'm proud of my team for staring adversity in the face and overcoming it (except Rinne. God damn marshmellow ...)

The Columbus Blue Jackets congratulate the Wild on their 7 game 2nd round victory over us and wish the 4 remaining teams good luck.

The CBJ's had a fantastic season this year going from 28th place last season to 1st in the western conference and gaining some much needed playoff experience by making it to the 7th game of the 2nd round.

Wow, in the conference finals. Pittsburgh will be tough though espeically when ENNIS IS HURT FOR FIVE WEEKS and garrison for 2. I now have three defensemen injured for the rest of the playoffs. Alex Sulzer will be on my second pairing. Also congrats to Ottawa on a good series

Pittsburghs leading Goal scorer is Nathan Gerbe with 9G 1A 10P in 13GP.

Pittsburghs leading Point scorer is Patrick O'Sullivan with 3G 10A 13P in 13GP.

Marc-Andre-Fluery has posted a 1.67GAA and a 0.94SV%.

I would like to see the big guns like Crosby and Kovalchuk getting more points, but it's a good thing my depth is kicking in at the right moment.
