They'll have been done by the CPU since you aren't joining until FA either way. The first FA signings were done almost instantly by CPU teams, so you can live without fear that whatever team you had let everyone walk for nothing.

Regarding Dallas and Lehtonen: It doesn't matter that he signed in real life. We told you awhile ago that since we started this thing before those guys signed, you're going to have to re-sign them yourself. You had 5 phases to sign him. If he doesn't, then he's up for grabs for anyone in FA. He still may re-sign with you anyways if it goes to FA.
