And Carlson is just as good, why would a playoff contender have Top 4 Dmen playing in the minors. My top 4 D for this sim:

Maatta[59]-Letang[90]
Puliot[58]-Niskanen[82]

Carlson is better. He had 5 points in 5 games. He is 85 overall. Damn EA

Oh, I know. I always start my backup for those games, which makes it even more nerve-racking :P

Chet Pickard is 1-3-0 on the year in those sims :(

What speed do you sim at? I usually do 4x or 6x

Yeah, I also use our quick shots at CPU controlled teams to try out rookies and weird line combos. Seems more a disadvantage than anything lol.

If anyone needs a reliable DFD, Brad Stuart is OTB 84 overall 3 years left on contract.

The Capitals will also entertain offers for the following players:

Patrick Sharp 86
Tim Connolly 81
Michael Frolik 83
Brad Stuart 84
Darren Helm 79

Well, you could go into the sim screen or I guess you could "watch" the game by position-locking the "Coach" (CO) position.
