Peaches
Crosbys concussions are concerning. So I say Stamkos
nowhereman
Crosby claims to be back to 100%. If that's the case, it's him by a country mile. I'd take my chances with the most dominate player since Lemieux, even with his supposed risk factor.
Phil_314
Stamkos. But why isn't Malkin in the discussion? I would go Stamkos, Malkin, Crosby, Giroux
Mr. White
Crosby is the better player but the concussion hurts it. Stamkos is only 22 and already a superstar. So I say Stamkos but that is a close one

JohnTavares
In terms of trade value... Stamkos Crosby Giroux If Giroux gets a couple more 90+ seasons he can surpass Crosby barring Crosby is oft injured,
Bang Bang Boogie
Stammer, but only because Crosby had a concussion.
Magikal
Crosby is still the most talented person on the ice. If he can fully recover from his concussion, then he is clearly the most valuable player in the world. Even with the concussion, i'd still give the #1 slot to Sidney. 1.Crosby 2.Stamkos 3.Giroux (Giroux has yet to crack 95 pts or 40 goals. The other two guys do that in their sleep)
Pears
When healthy no one comes close to Crosby's level. Stamkos could get there in a couple seasons.

Niloc009
Like the majority of others have said, if Crosby's healthy, it's him by a lot. After that, Stamkos, Malkin, and Giroux in that order.

Peaches
I think Stamkos is more valuable to TBL than Giroux is to PHI or Crosby is to PIT.
Steven Stamkos
Crosby is still #1 but he is one hit away from being Eric Lindros 2.0. After that it's Stamkos, Malkin, Datsyuk, Giroux
uber_pwnzor
Please, some could argue a certain teammate of his is a better player than he is. You can't argue with 1 Hart (been nominated 3 times), 1 Ted Lindsay, 2 Art Ross, a Calder, a Conn Smythe, 4 All Star Games, 3 time NHL first team all star, and a 3 time Penguins MVP. Schnieds
Malkin has had plenty of mediocre seasons, Crosby has always had a crazy point per game record.

uber_pwnzor
Plenty of mediocre seasons? Are you referring to his rookie season? He scored only 85 pts and won some meaningless trophy called the Calder? Or are you referring to 2 years ago when he suffered a torn ACL and MCL? Yah what a bum. The Pens should demote him to the AHL or hope he stays in the KHL and never comes back. He's been in the league for 6 years, scored over 100 points in 3 of them, only been under a point a game in one of those seasons and yet he's had "plenty of mediocre seasons".
