When healthy no one comes close to Crosby's level. Stamkos could get there in a couple seasons.

Please, some could argue a certain teammate of his is a better player than he is. You can't argue with 1 Hart (been nominated 3 times), 1 Ted Lindsay, 2 Art Ross, a Calder, a Conn Smythe, 4 All Star Games, 3 time NHL first team all star, and a 3 time Penguins MVP.

Like the majority of others have said, if Crosby's healthy, it's him by a lot.

After that, Stamkos, Malkin, and Giroux in that order.

Weber

Has similar value to Giroux sure, but Stmakos and Crosby each have a much higher value than Weber.

I think Stamkos is more valuable to TBL than Giroux is to PHI or Crosby is to PIT.

Feminism will be outlawed. Mostly because it's a backwards idiotic viewpoint that doesn't serve any real progressive purpose.

Crosby is still #1 but he is one hit away from being Eric Lindros 2.0. After that it's Stamkos, Malkin, Datsyuk, Giroux

Malkin has had plenty of mediocre seasons, Crosby has always had a crazy point per game record.

Plenty of mediocre seasons? Are you referring to his rookie season? He scored only 85 pts and won some meaningless trophy called the Calder? Or are you referring to 2 years ago when he suffered a torn ACL and MCL? Yah what a bum. The Pens should demote him to the AHL or hope he stays in the KHL and never comes back. He's been in the league for 6 years, scored over 100 points in 3 of them, only been under a point a game in one of those seasons and yet he's had "plenty of mediocre seasons".

I'm not quite sure you know who Evgeni Malkin is.

In my eyes drouin is overrated he can score in the qmjhl but did nothing in last two gold medal games that canada lost. Fox will be better pro than him talk to me in five yrs

Gaudreau has one NHL goal whereas all your "prized" prospects have none.

ryan kesler is going to the chicago blackhawks ...       quote me on it

Yeye, at least he's had one mediocre season.

Crosby in skill and a greater ability to sell tickets in lesser markets makes him more valuable financially as well

If I were to pick one of these guys to build a team around, It'd be Stamkos. 4 years into his career and he's already won the Rocket Richard twice. He has nowhere to go but up, and will last longer than Giroux or Crosby.

I can see him falling off like Ovechkin. I don't ever really see Crosby falling off though. He's just too good.

My question to all you Crosby lovers is this: If we have a repeat of last year this season or whenever they start playing hockey again. Crosby gets concussed and his limited to 40 games or so and Malkin again wins the Art Ross and maybe the Hart, would you guys start saying someone other than Crosby is the best player? It's kinda hard to still be the best player when you're constantly injured.
