Well that's simple, if it's Red and Blue, they're strong against everything and weak against nothing! :P I always snagged an Abra north of Cerulean City as soon as I could.

I only got abra to trade for a Mr. Mime, cause abra is so bloody hard to get cause all it knows it frackin teleport :P

I know some of these games have 1-2 years to go, but I must throw them in.

HL2
San Andreas
BF2
Battlefield: Vietnam (Not Bad Company)
Red Alert
C&C Generals + Zero Hour
NFS3: Hot Pursuit
Liero
Triplane Turmoil
NHL 99, unfortunately, I lost the CD for this :(

Oh man, Red Alert 2 with Yuri's Revenge + the Deezire mod, most fun I ever had with an RTS.

I bought a Sega with NHL94 and World Series Baseball. Today I finally bought a tv for $5 off Kijiji and won my first SC, then I found out that this month marks the 20th anniversary of NHL94, how fitting is that?

Finished Half-Life: Opposing Force and HL: Blue Shift recently. The second one was surprisingly short.

Does anyone know where to get a copy of Pokemon Fire Red? I've been playing it on an emulator but I'd like to bring it around on my GBA with me. GameStop has 1 (but nowhere near the Lower Mainlan). Amazon has some (but are a bit pricey) and eBay just has fakes.

I can't play old games anymore with all the system changes for mac and pc.

I miss Colonial Conquest for the C64 emulator I had.
I also miss Interstate 76'
And of course Aces of the Pacific.

And BF2, since no one is on the servers anymore :(

There is a couple vintage game shops in New West that I know carry it. Check out "Press Start" in New West they will have it for sure. You can find them on Facebook.

I installed Baldur’s Gate 2 - Shadows of Amn a while ago. Love that game so much. So much story and so many things do to. Unfortunately, I hit a glitch where I cannot proceed. Second major glitch in this play through. No way around this last one though so I have to start again. Oh well Amazing game

I've been playing SOCOM 2 as of late... Single player is amazing. There is no other game like it... No 1 person takes down 10000000 people crap.

Been playing Zelda:OoT 3DS again lately.

I've played OoT on N64 plenty of times, and when I got the 3DS version I beat it. Now I've been doing it again.....

Also bought Mass Effect 1, because I've only ever played 2 and 3. ME1 isn't that old though, and I guess this means I'll have to play 2 and 3 again when I'm done with 1.

Few of my favourites I go back to at least once every year.

- Shadow of Destiny - PS2 (very underrated and unknown)
- Police Quest 1
- Kings Quest 1 & 2
- Space Quest 2
- Maniac Mansion
- Dust: A Tale of the Wired West (terrible game, but I love it)
- Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

this game was awsome if i remember correctly, all my guys had the horns and wicked shields, but i never knew what to do after beating all the castles. Another game was Gemfire, i dunno if any body heard of it, was kinda of a cross between risk and something, very early 90's game, i had it on the old 8bit nintendo

I regularly play NES and SNES, I usually order 1-2 classic games a month, although some can get quite pricey ($50+).

I had that for the GC too. The one with Master Quest on it. OoT is always a fun game to play through.

After two years of inaction, I reinstalled the greatest competitive shooter ever made this morning...

Posted Image

...and was surprised to still find 700+ servers for a game that came out almost 14 years ago. Although many of them are empty, they could fill up pretty quickly if you are lucky and patient enough. The game may not enjoy the same popularity as Counter-Strike or Call of Duty, but the game is such a classic that I just never get sick of playing it. I had a blast today.

Posted Image

I received the "Red Alert" and "Conquer and Command" achievements in SC:HotS the other night (yeah, they switched the C-words) and got me load up the game (anniversary edition) to resume the playthrough that's been put on hold for some time now. I was planning to replay all C&C games a few years back but ended up only finishing Tiberian Dawn and a some RA Allied missions. I think the cutscenes are messed up if you are playing on newer computers. Although I got it fixed before and now it's back.

Speaking of C-words (non-game related)...

I have currently installed:
Planescape: Torment (with widescreen and better resolution patches)
Might and Magic VII (I've beaten it 3 times, but I still enjoy to play it once every few years)

I can't play old games anymore with all the system changes for mac and pc.

I disagree, you can use one of the emulators like dosbox, or visit http://www.gog.com/ and buy yourself an old game that is patched/enhanced to run on the newest systems. Only real problem are the early 3D games like Interstate 76, they won't run on newer computers, because they need old directx or graphics adapters. But there are always exceptions to the rule. Sadly, I've tried to play Star Wars Episode 1: Racer and Martian Gothic, but they won't run even on a 8 years old pc.
