My second favourite player on the team, largely due to things like this.

Great guy. Starting to become a fan of him.

...and I really miss his hip-checks.

I remember watching a telethon for Ronald McDonald House a few years ago...

...when the total got up over 2 million, I couldn't help but ask myself "How big of a house does this stupid clown need?"

Seriously, good on Hammer.

Hamhuis,Sedins,Malholtra-these guys make the owner act look really juvenile.

Classy act. Good to see guys like this on our team. Sedins, Manny, Bieksa, and more I'm sure giving time and $ towards charities and foundations. Thanks Canucks (and other NHL players).

The Aquilini's probably donate and raise 100 times that amount through their various causes, so I don't think that's a fair assessment.

Show me one they did not inherit with the club and give me the percentages re:income vs charity compared to the Sedins ,Malholtra and Hamhuis charitable giving as a % of their salaries.Thanks.

FTR,I was not specifying the Vancouver owner act but the NHL owner act currently under way with no NHL hockey for the continent.

But ,I was thinking of the charitable acts of Hamhuis,Malholtra, the Sedins and Hamhuis -not only with cash but with their time.

I have never seen any one of the present owners present at a charity event ,giving of their time.
