its looking like the Royals will play either Kelowna or Kamloops in the first round of the playoffs. There are some big gaps in points so unless some big changes happen, it should remain that way.

I went to the Royals 6 - 2 win over the Rockets earlier this week.  The way that game went it was hard to imagine that the Rockets beat the Royals 5 - 2 just the day before.

Either way, if the Royals meet the Rockets or the Blazers in the first round it should be a good series.  But I think they will get destroyed in the scond round.

the Royals will either be facing Kelowna or Kamloops in round 1. Kelowna currently has a 58-52 point lead on Kamloops, however, Kamloops has 2 games in hand on Kelowna.

I hope Kamloops makes it and bump out Kelowna (it's unlikely). We just never beat Kelowna... Also this year we aren't that good we just benefit from playing on a weaker division.

it is a pretty surprising trade, I think Kody McDonald will be a good edition to the team.. he better be because they just traded probably their best player away to the best team.

14 goals....not bad.

It'll still be odd to see a Royals playoff game with no Hannoun in the lineup....

Kamloops and Kelowna will have a tiebreaker game Tuesday in Kamloops to decide who plays the Royals in round 1.

I read this and in the article it saids the tie-breaking game will be played in Kamloops because Kamloops held the edge in regular season head to head meeting in points earned between the 2 teams. If that's the case, why not just have Kamloops clinched the playoffs? Why play a tie-breaker?
