Slegr
There is some talk among media circles of the potential for NHL team owners to recruit scabs to play for their teams this season. I wonder.... who would you want to see playing in a Canucks uniform this year (aside from the regular team)? I wouldn't mind seeing Jiri Slegr get pulled out of retirement! http://nhl-red-light...h-in/?hpt=hp_t3

Raiun
That ....would be brutal. It's not like the players are on strike. As things stand, I will watch the NHL when it starts up again.. if the owners brought in Scab players, I would never watch it again.
MashedBananas
Someone who does the job of striking workers. That said, I'll suit up
Jaku
The owners would lockout the replacement players.

BRAVEMAN91
I will take Shane Falco! He played Quarterback once, so I don`t see why he could not transition on the ice.

avelanch
I would gladly be a scab, as i have no chance at becoming a real nhl player when the lockout eventually ends.

skeena1
This has the potential to be a huge problem for the owners should they do it. Imagine paying thousands for season tickets and having to watch guys who are likely barely ECHL calibre. I'm sure the TV networks would be none too happy as well. The lawyers would all die happy. JimLahey
There's a reason these 'scabs' aren't in the NHL. Why not just televise ECHL games instead...
