Guessing it's from when he went off script in that midget Daniel Bryan segment. By all accounts, it didn't seem like he was very well liked and that he had a lot of heat on him.

Him and Enzo breaking up was the nail in his coffin though. Guy just didn't have the charisma or wrestling skills to make it on his own.

Being said Cass really ticked some off backstage on day of MITB. Vince called private meeting at SDL today and fired him.  Cass probably wasn't happy to find out he was losing to Daniel again.

WWE didn't even wish him well in his future endeavors the same treatment Enzo got.

Speaking of Enzo he reacted to Cass release shortly after it was announced:

Wonder if Enzo/Cass reunite ending up in Impact or ROH.

sad news about vader. he was a favourite of mine when i was a kid

Saw him at the International Incident PPV in Van in 96 Vader, Owen and Bulldog vs Michaels, Ahmed Johnson and Sycho Sid was a solid match spot with HBK lunging over the ropes onto Vader is unforgettable.

Guess everyone forgot or didn't care about Extreme Rules. Besides Orton finally turning heel nothing exciting happened.

No one cares because the WWE is such a clusterf**k, right now.

- They have the Universal Champion show up once every 3 months, doing the exact same thing everytime. While the "most prestigious" Championship plays second fiddle.

- The storylines has been horrendous and most have been dragged on for way to long.

- The Smackdown tag division is super stacked, and yet they still manage to screw it up.

- Bringing back the dual PPVs is a terrible idea, with this enormous roster. Extreme Rules had 12 matches; 9 of those matches were under 9 mintues.

- The guy they been trying to push for 5 years, has been rejected by the fans every single year.

- Almost every single person they have brought up from NXT, has no sense of direction on the main roster.

i watched raw, at a time when im binge watching old school raw, and the talent wwe has right now, when raw in 1995 has better storylines going on, 2018 is doing something terribly wrong. duke the dumpster droese was over like grover. babyfaces in 2018 would love to have duke's reactions from the fans. good god. ronda rousey is the only reason why im even watching raw right now o.o

speaking of old school raw, how was owen hart not wwf champion in 94. it boggles my mind. up until survivor series he was the hottest heel in the company

According to Shawn from a podcast (don't remember whose), Vince never saw Owen nothing more than a midcarder at that time. Which is amazing because he has more charisma in his left pinkie than Bret has in his entire body. Add to the fact that he was almost as good as a wrestle than him as well.

Of course, Shawn might be talking out of his ass and he may be the reasoning why Owen was held back.

just listening to something to wrestle with bruce prichard, he claims owen not being champion was "timing" but these guys gave bob backlund the title, only if for a day, just to get it off bret so he can heal up, but idk. they could have just given owen that spot and still have diesel take it off at the rumble or something
