I don't know why people hate Hogan on TNA so much. I don't think I would watch/started to watch the show if not for Hogan.

Hogan in TNA was awesome for the first month or so but if TNA wants to grow they need to let go of ex WWE/WCW guys and move forward with homegrown talent such as Styles, Aries, Roode, Storm, Samoa Joe (yes I know of his ROH days, but TNA is where he gained wide spread fame.) etc...

Just like the WWE The Rock is great to have around Wrestlemania time as a nostalgia act but that should be it. TNA needs to learn that the focus should be on the future as well as the present. Because sooner or later when the old timers can't go/appear on TV someone has to step up.

TNA has focused on the future, Hogan is essential for them since they're just starting on the road. Hogan's the same guy that said Roode wouldn't be good as a face champion and enabled Roode's epic heel run as well as Aries capture of the World Title.

Found this pretty cool, both being Canadian companies and all:

- WWE reported in their 10-Q quarterly report that they have entered into an agreement to purchase a new corporate jet for $27.5 million. The report, which was released earlier today, notes that once the transaction is complete, additional improvements and taxes would run the final cost to $31-32 million.

The 2006 Bombardier Bombardier Global 5000 jet will replace the WWE’s current plane which is a 1998 Canadair Challenger. WWE has owned the jet since 2001. WWE is looking to sell the Canadair Challenger.

Backstage news on Undertaker

The recent Dean Ambrose vs. The Undertaker match on SmackDown is confirmed to be Taker's last scheduled appearance for the time being. WWE left it open to where Taker could come back and confront The Shield later. The Undertaker came out of these recent matches in much better shape

than he has in the past few years. Going into WrestleMania 29, Taker rested more, changed his diet and tried new workout routines. Taker also worked a smarter match with CM Punk. It's said that he had the mindset of his matches with Triple H were going to be some of his last but going into the Punk match, he just wanted to give the fans a good match but not destroy himself.

When Rock vs. Lesnar might happen

Regarding The Rock's future with WWE, Vince McMahon was asked if he's finished as a wrestler at the annual stockholders meeting on April 26th and blew it off like there was no way that's the case. People close to Vince note that he believes Rock vs. Brock Lesnar will still happen at WrestleMania XXX. As noted before, WWE wants The Rock to appear at Hell In a Cell this October from his hometown of Miami. That may be where they decide to do the angle between Rock and Brock.

Been speculation of WWE adding a 4th member to The Shield.

Over the past several weeks there has been speculation that WWE could possibly be adding fourth member to The Shield group. Recently one of NXT's top wrestlers replied to an earlier tweet from Seth Rollins saying that he "believes in the Shield". Rollins wrote the following message on Tuesday:

"Tearing down that wall. Brick by brick by brick. We don't need no thought control. #BelieveInTheShield #raw"

NXT Star Sami Zayn,(AKA El Generico) then later responded with: "@WWERollins I believe in the Shield."

Chael Sonnen wants to buy WWE

http://www.tmz.com/2...wwe-ufc-retire/

HUGE retirement plans for mega-rich UFC fighter Chael Sonnen -- he tells TMZ, he wants to buy the WWE when he quits fighting ... a company valued at half a BILLION dollars.

And Chael's rep insists he's not joking, telling us, "It is 100% Chael's intent to buy the WWE." In fact, the rep says Chael is already meeting with bigwig friends in the investment world to enact his takeover.

Bad news though -- a rep for the WWE tells us the company ain't for sale ... at least not yet ... so Chael better be prepared to put a sweet offer on the table.

The rep adds, "We are a publicly traded company, so [Chael is] more than welcome to purchase shares of WWE stock and become one of our valued shareholders.”

And that's the bottom line!
