Hockey Night in Canada miffing Vancouver again...

The least they could do is put a few games of Calagay and Edmonton winning the cup.

The issue is Vancouver has not won the cup yet and has a bad reputation with post game riots. If you recall the CBC news station downtown was right in the middle of it last time. CBC does not want to envoke the memories of this bad behavior.

If you want classic Vancouver games on CBC then Vancouver needs to grow up.

The Canucks are one of the most hated teams in the league and this is nationally broadcasted television... Why would they want to continually show a team that everybody east of British Columbia probably hates?

Doesn't make much sense from a national standpoint.

Their "you vote" classic picks in lieu of real hockey games starting next Saturday all feature Toronto, Ottawa and/or Montreal. They even posted NYR vs NJ game?? (Long, slow, clap.)

Things never change with HNIC...

The highest ratings come from the East, so they're catering to the numbers.

It's a numbers game for them, so I understand it.

Is it fair to the West? OF course not, but with re-runs, they're(CBC) trying to survive this lockout somehow as well and that's, again, understandable.

This shouldn't be something to get too bent out of shape about.
