Other than that this deal makes perfect sense... Hey, I'd take a 231 lb blue chip stud, a feared and capable 3rd or 4th line wing, a 6'4" 220 lb established 3rd line centre on a good contract and a first. You have covered all our needs! Really, the only valid value deal in there is Lou for Johnson. And I still don't think Columbus makes that deal, nor does Lou waive his NTC.
