I gotta go with Anaheim 2007:

Neidermeyer
Pronger
Selanne
Perry
Getzlaf
Kunitz
Giguere

I think they beat any of those teams with the way Giguere was playing.

Giguere wasn't that special in 2007. He was waaay better in 2003.

You're forgetting the guy who was the face of our franchise in his time here... Aaron Rome

Most of these guys probably started watching at the end of the WCE era.

Or maybe started in 2010 :P

'02 Detroit was the one of the best teams on paper of all-time.

In 10 years though the Kings lineup will be held in the same standard as they have alot of guys as well that are potential HHOF'ers

It's a tie between Detroit (2002) and Colorado (2001)

Detroit, for goodness sake, they had a lineup that looked like this:

Forwards:
Steve Yzerman& (Captain) - One of the league's best forwards at the time
Igor Larionov
Pavel Datsyuk
Kris Draper
Sergei Fedorov&
Jason Williams
Brendan Shanahan (A. Capt.)
Brett Hull
Kirk Maltby
Luc Robitaille
Boyd Devereaux
Darren McCarty
Tomas Holmstrom

Defensemen:
Jiri Fischer
Nicklas Lidstrom (A. Capt.)
Mathieu Dandenault
Chris Chelios
Fredrik Olausson
Steve Duchesne
Jiri Slegr

Goaltenders:
Dominik Hasek
Manny Legace

Colorado had an equally powerful lineup.

Forwards:
Joe Sakic (Captain) ^
Peter Forsberg (A. Capt.)^
Stephane Yelle^
Steven Reinprecht
Chris Drury
Chris Dingman
Dan Hinote
Dave Reid
Milan Hejduk
Shjon Podein
Scott Parker
Eric Messier
Ville Nieminen
Alex Tanguay

Defensemen:
Rob Blake
Greg de Vries
Jon Klemm^
Martin Skoula
Nolan Pratt
Adam Foote (A. Capt.)^
Raymond Bourque(A. Capt.)

Goaltenders:
Patrick Roy^
David Aebischer

Well, keep in mind these teams existed in the pre-lockout era without the salary cap. For the post-lockout, you got to give it to the Hawks even if we hate it.

Salary cap era hockey sure has altered the playing landscape. You know, theoretically, I think the 1994 Canucks today would dominate the league - they could beat the 2010 Hawks, especially with a lineup that has two enforcers, Hunter and Odjick, scorers Bure and Courtnall (can go head-to-head with Hossa and Kane respectively), a world-class leader (Linden), only to name a few.

How is it not Colorado or Detroit (2002)?? Detroit(2002): Hasek Yzerman Shanahan Fedorov Hull Larionov Robitalle Lidstrom Datsyuk Chelios Colorado (2001): Sakic Bourque Foote Blake Forsberg Hejduk Tanguay Roy Drury

Was just gunna say that 2001 Colorado lineup was unreal. They have my vote since 2000.

Another vote for Detroit/Colorado. If I had to pick I would go Detroit, but imagine a game between those two teams. Unreal...

1. Detroit
2. Colorado
3. Anaheim

Detroit and Colorado had a ton of future hall of famer's on those teams, Anaheim played amazingly and had a ton of forward depth to go with a lights out goalie
