The only crappy thing is for any really good cheeses I have to wait at least a few days before I can eat it or even months, no chance I'm waiting years. Anyone else enjoy eating cheese? Won't have it in my burgers/sandwiches, don't like nachos with the cheese drizzled all up on it, I won't eat lasagna etc. HOWEVER, I love pizza, as long it's not just plain cheese pizza. I'm weird.
