I've watched this and last game. He has not been great.

He has definitely not been as good as Schroeder has. But because people have this wet dream that he's the next Lucic, he's the only one that merits attention, apparently.

fun game to watch from what i saw of it ..that longpre guy is pretty good, lack was solid until the third.

Kassian With a huge hit (the way the guys were talking i though he was getting the game) and then some solid work behind the net for like 20seconds then the feed to center and a goal.

solid effort from the team..

god i miss hockey this was the first game i have seen in way to long.

Heard Longpre's name a lot in the play by play before I got the video going, and the 2nd unit PP (Rodin, Shroeder, Kassian) seemed to have a number of good shifts. Joslin and Mullen seem to work well together and Connauton was definitely active tonight.

Didn't hear as much of Mallet after the 1st, he ended up a -1 (Andersson too) on the night so it'll be interesting to see the game summary from one of the Canucks bloggers and see their take on it if they were able to watch the game more closely.

Connauton - NHL ready, no doubt. Used in all situations, 2 assists on the day.

Tanev - seems to be choking these last two games. 2 horrid giveaways today and deflected the 3rd goal against.

Schroeder - ABSOLUTE WATER BUG - this guy is so fast and works so hard. He's in the play every time he's on the ice.

Kassian - a little slow footed at times, but great play at the end of the game to out muscl Leddy and Lebda and pick up the assist on Sweatt's goal.

Rodin - could be softer than Raymond. He was replaced by Sweatt on his line.

Sweatt - upgraded to second line, strong play all game. Goal to top it off.

Lack - shaky at times, coming off a shutout, still played great.

Mullen - Injured.

Andersson - MASSIVE swede. took a bad penalty for interference but I think it was because he's just too damn big.

Longpre - give this guy an NHL contract, that short handed goal was a thing of beauty.
