Starbucks, ruining my morning

So I was going into starbucks today, however I was sick with a sore throat, so I wrote my order down of a medium coffee with 2 sugar, and proceed to the bathroom to quickly relieve myself while my drink was being made. I come out, grab the drink. Shouldn't be a problem, until I taste it and its completely wrong. I ask the barista what this was that I drank, and the bimbo just said it was a "Small Venti Vanilla Frappuccino".

Obviously, I was livid at this mix up, and proceeded to get the manager to find out who stole my drink. the manager said they will go through the video tonight and hopefully find the culprit. I will find whoever ruined my day, startinf with posters being put up once I have a picture of the person.

Seriously, who steals a man's drink at starbucks? Completely unacceptable

It sounds to me that someone just grabbed the wrong drink instead. I work at a Tim Hortons and it happens all the time. I assume they just made you a new drink which should be the end of the problem. I've had a few customers get really upset when we have made a mistake and to be honest, all it does is annoy me because the mistake is easily fixed and with so many drinks being served at one time it should be understandable for there to be a mix up once in a while. In the future I would suggest just simply asking if the drink you are grabbing is yours, if you we're not present when they served it or its not marked, that way nobody needs to get upset.
