If your team is losing and you quit we'll know by your DNF rating. So if you are going to sim only then it should be fine. Nothing can be done at the time to make up for this, but as Commissioner I have to say something will be done to compensate for the loss of the deadline, and the loss of some of the trades. Also is there anyway to just watch the game as a coach? Cause if we're allowed to manually do line changes and change strategies then it's not really a genuine simulation. Sure since both teams are doing its fair but then against other teams who can't do it, is it really fair. I'm on the fence. Sitting back and watching though is actually quite entertaining. I've never played that mode, but I doubt the same line is going to stay on the ice for the whole game if you don't do anything. I do agree though that it should be allowed in the playoffs.
