There are a total of 4 sims for re-signing, 3 of which have already been done. The last sim for re-signing should be at 8pm tonight but has been postponed to nobody know when. 10pm? 12am? I don't know, but as soon as that sim is done you can start signing ppl in the open market. If the sim is at 10pm tonight for example you can start signing ppl in the open market at 10:01pm. Please just wait to tomorrow to sign UFAs the sim will likely happen at 4am tonight, so don't wait up for it. Tonight is last re-signing phase.
