JimLahey
If Bryzgalov is somehow out of the picture by buyout, trade, waivers, etc. Philadelphia could be a destination for Luongo. Totally situational deal but I think its fair for both teams. To VAN: Maxime Talbot, Wayne Simmonds, PHI 2013 4th Round Pick To PHI: Roberto Luongo, Mason Raymond Getting a third line center and second line right handed right winger in a Luongo deal is an ideal return in my opinion. Raymond is more or less to give Philadelphia a 2/3 line tweener on their roster, not really for trade value. Red-Haired_Shanks
i had a similar idea a while back if, bryzgalov stays in the KHL. i would like to get voracek more than simmonds though and i think kassian deserves more than a 4th line spot. think of it like this. kassian is doing great in the AHL hes probably confident and hes ready to contribute to the canucks then we put him on the 4th line so that he can play 5-6min a night. then he looses all the confidence he built up in the AHL. Smashian Kassian
Only way this would work is if Bryz magically disappears, until then Philly isn't a trade partner.
Pears
I'd do it. The only problem I have is Kassian on the fourth line.
