What i know is that the israeli's are the people who came to palestine , and drove out many of the people who were already living there , using fear and terror to do so .

I know that the PLO, hamas and hezbollah, have retaliated using fear and terror as well and i condemn them all , human filth is what all terrorists are .

This is a song i listen to every day , it was written by Fat mike Burkett , who is a jew , and a man i admire greatly .

72 Virgins {will never stop a war }

Except that the history was not that simple. The land had been contested for as long as we have history. The only reason there weren't as many Jews there in the 1800s is because arabs/muslims had thrown them out. Then the UN came up with a plan to divide the Palestine. 80% of it was given to Jordan. Of the remainding 20%, about 50% was given to Israel, so they got 10% of the land. A state of total warfare breaks out as 4 arab armies invade. Israel defends itself. Atrocities are commited on both sides.Today we have 1.5 million arabs living in Israel proper, with many more in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. How many Jews remain in the arab world? They made up a substantial portion of the population in 1900, so how many remain today? If it was just as simple as Jews driving out arabs with terror.

^ greenwald pointing out the obvious. And yet fails to mention the similar support that Hamas gets to continue their aggression. I think the US support is quite obvious and the article is just grasping straws. israel needs to complete a ground offensive and extend the range from which missiles can be fired at them. That's what I think happens next.

Israel is rightfully defending itself. Hamas should be completely pushed from the region and any steps taken to prevent further missile attacks on Israel. Civilian casualties are all because of Hamas as far as I'm concerned.

Are you denying that Hamas is launching missiles into Israel? I don't expect a reply to my question from you, even though its rather obvious. Just can't admit it can you. So simple just to say the truth darth, 'yes Hamas is launching indiscriminate missiles at Israel'. Well some people remain silent on the truth and stick to only what suits them.

I agree there are a lot of idiots out there. The ones happy to see Hamas launching rockets and crying when Israel fights back.

Are you denying that this conflict is solely caused by the Western-supported brutal zionist oppression, occupation, subjugation and terrorization of Palestinians and that any Palestinian reaction is simply a reaction to the brutal zionist oppression, occupation, subjugation and terrorization? Are you denying that zionists are the founders of terrorism and are proud of it?

Crying. Complaining. Whatever you want to call it. Not American or Jewish eh? Well that really narrows it down doesn't it. If you want to insult someone why not stop playing games, just come out and say it. Speaking of childlike mentality...

Seemed like you could have been implying something. Anyway I prefer now to wait and see what comes off the negotiations. Time for a nap. Yes it's nap time I suppose that's also childlike too
No way I believe the Hamas leader was in the midst of negotiating peace while firing rockets. At least if you're going to believe something have it make sense. Add in the Mossad was shooting rockets at Israel to false flag for assassination. At least that's a little more reasonable :P

funny how history repeats itself. One group gets put into a small area and is systematically elimimated , 60- 70 years later the same thing pretty much is happening except these people are fighting back the only way they know how. Personally I think both sides are wrong. I just find it ironic how Gaza is pretty much like a ghetto in itself.

"We desire death like you(The Jews) desire life" - Hamas MP Fathi Hamad

""Al-Aqsa and the land of Palestine represent the spearhead for Islam and for the Muslims. Therefor, when we seek the help of our Arab brothers, we are not seeking their help to eat, to live, to drink, to dress or to live a life of luxury. No. When we seek their help, it is in order to continue to wage Jihad... every Palestinian, in Gaza and throughout Palestine, can prove his Arab roots - whether from Saudi Arabia, from Yemen, or anywhere... Personally, half of my family is Egyptian. We are all like that. More than 30 families in the Gaza strip are called Al-Masri ["Egyptian"]. Brothers, half of the Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half are Saudis. Who are the Palestinians? We have many families called Al-Masri whose roots are Egyptian. Egyptian!..." - Hamas MP Fathi Hamad

Yes i too find it ironic {that is not the right word , but i can think of no other}, that the descandants of the people that had to live through this

The Warsaw Ghetto[1] (German: Ghetto Warschau; Polish: getto warszawskie) was the largest of all the Jewish ghettos in Nazi-occupied Europe during World War II. It was established in the Polish capital between October and November 16, 1940, in the territory of the General Government of German-occupied Poland, with over 400,000 Jews from the vicinity residing in an area of 3.4 km2 (1.3 sq mi). From there, at least 254,000 Ghetto residents were sent to the Treblinka extermination camp over the course of two months in the summer of 1942.

The death toll among the Jewish inhabitants of the Ghetto, between deportations to extermination camps, Großaktion Warschau, the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, and the subsequent razing of the ghetto, is at least 300,000.[

Would treat others in a very simmilar way .

IT was after reading Leon Uris's book , Mila 18 that i felt to driven to learn about this

The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising (Yiddish: אױפֿשטאַנד אין װאַרשעװער געטאָ; Polish: powstanie w getcie warszawskim; German: Aufstand im Warschauer Ghetto) was the 1943 act of Jewish resistance that arose within the Warsaw Ghetto in German-occupied Poland during World War II, and which opposed Nazi Germany's final effort to transport the remaining Ghetto population to Treblinka extermination camp. The most significant portion of the rebellion took place from 19 April, and ended when the poorly armed and supplied resistance was crushed by the Germans, who officially finished their operation to liquidate the Ghetto on 16 May. It was the largest single revolt by the Jews during World War II[3] and also the first mass uprising in German-occupied Europe.[

Human being's keep on making the same mistakes over , and over , and over again .

Like you say it is just

I cannot believe that you would invoke the history of my people in such an offensive manner. Israel provides electricity, water and millions of dollars worth of food aid every month to the Gaza Strip. The Nazis forced the Jews of Warsaw into a Ghetto while they prepared concentration camps to murder them. Israeli Jews want to live alongside the Arab people. The Jewish people want to live in harmony with world, I don't get how difficult it is for people like you to understand.

People who say that Gaza is a ghetto have no idea what they're talking about. As a proud Jew, I find it painfully offensive that you people would draw comparisons between Gaza and Warsaw. I've been to Israel and I can tell you it's nothing like the hatred that was being spewed during the 1930s in Nazi Germany. In Warsaw, people were starved, raped and systematically murdered by the Nazis. There is a voice for every Palestinian that has supposedly martyred themselves. The voices of the Six Million Jews slaughtered in the Holocaust is the State of Israel. There is one voice for all of them.

The type of people who draw comparisons between Warsaw and Gaza are exactly the type of people who refer to Israel as a rogue state. 45-50% of Israeli Jews are descendants of Arab Jews who were expelled from countries such as Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Libya, the Gaza Strip etc. A UN independent study found that the land confiscated from those Jews if added together makes up around 4 times the size of Israel proper. These facts alone justify the existence of the modern state of Israel. Israel met it's moral responsibility by absorbing it's Jewish refugees. Today, millions of Palestinian Arabs still live in refugee camps. If they want someone to blame, they should go after the Arab states. http://en.wikipedia....uslim_countries

For those of you who are staunch supporters of the Islamic Republic of Iran and who have supported those who have worked tirelessly to divide and conquer the Jewish people-I have one thing to say: Israeli Jews are Jews. I know that Ahmadinejad and the Neutrei Karta have been going around saying that they aren't, but they are. I have never been more proud to have them among my brethren.

Switching gears a little, I should say that as a 3rd Generation Canadian, I feel incredibly alienated when I read things similar to what you just wrote. I live in fear on an almost daily basis of how the next generation of leaders in Canada will treat Canada's Jews once people like Harper and Mulcair are long gone. I know exactly what a large portion of non-Jewish youth think of the Jewish people in Canada. When I realized how people really feel about the Jews, I began to feel that I'm not a real Canadian. To clarify, I was born in Downtown Vancouver and I've lived here my whole life but I've been made to feel like this is the way things are. I think this is only a feeling that resonates with Jewish people.

No matter what we do, there's always some reason why we can't be a part of the diaspora countries. So we made our own country in our ancestral homeland where several ancient Jewish communities existed. But for some reason, the rest of the world decided that it wasn't legitimate. Thousands of men have died trying to make Israel its own country so that we can be a part of the UN, the Arab League and be a part of the world like everyone else. All we want is a country where were not made to feel like foreigners.
