Michael Blair is serving life in a Texas prison for raping two young girls but now wants $1 million compensation for being wrongly convicted in another case where a young girl was killed.

There is a law in Texas that compensates people who was wrongly convicted but this is the first time someone serving life in prison wants the money.

Clearly the people who made this law did not forsee such an event.
