As I have stated, prior to my hiring as the official GM in the CHL, I have promised all GMs I would conduct myself in proper and orderly behavior from now. How can we expect new waves of GM's to come in and be successful without having expierience as an AGM or something? susraiders Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 I personally think that VC should have control on who the GMs are, but each individual should have control on who their AGMs are. Anything that the AGM does should reflect on the GM, therefore GMs should be mindful of who they hire. If Romo is willing to hire allkill, then all the power to him.
