MC Fatigue
yeah, why would you go with an old form of id? which do you mean? the tattoo or RFID? imo we will all have the chip eventually, the question is, will we see it in our lifetimes? Link to comment
avelanch
which do you mean? the tattoo or RFID? imo we will all have the chip eventually, the question is, will we see it in our lifetimes? tattoo barcode obviously, as it predates the RFID chip by decades.... Link to comment
Salmonberries
They chip is the more invasive procedure...but I agree that we'll get there eventually. Well, we will get there as a society, that is. I won't be there, I'll be long gone, thank God! Link to comment

avelanch
I wasnt aware the tattoo barcode was ever used for identification..... barcodes are relatively ancient technology at this point, and tattoos are actually ancient. no one would actually use that as a proper form of ID (you could easily copy or erase it) RFID chips are a little bit harder to remove, but just as easy (maybe even moreso) to copy. fingerprints or retinal scans are more secure, but nothing is 100%. A new industry pop up? "Remove your chip Inc." I'd have to assume the chip woul dicvtate the wearers entire life. Bank transactions, maybe even if an automatic door opens for you..... Link to comment
