This is where I'll be posting my music, I will update as often as I can record them!

So far all of my songs lack vocals because I can't sing and I haven't found anyone who can.

pretty good sound making, man.

only thing is its pretty repetitive (except the middle), but that would be fixed, as you say, with the addition of some lyrics.

Thanks man!

Yeah, I have some lyrics for it, they're kinda psychedelic, but I can't sing to save my life! :P

Great effort mate .

The structure of the track lends itself to lyrics , even if you get some one else to sing them .

Most of my songs have a heavier tinge to them, kinda Sabbath like.

I do have a few more softer ones though.

You don't know how wet my panties are bro.

Thank you, the more I record and mix the better I get at it. (Go figure, eh?)

Also I doubled a few of the guitars with an organ, that gives it a nice, make the ladies damp, kinda sound to it.

It almost sounded like hip-hop type production at some points, like it had some elements from that. It was certainly not a hip-hop track by any means, rock all the way, but it still had a bit of that feel to it.

Yeah your mixing is good. I can tell you're still learning and practicing, but you're a lot better than a lot of people at it. Keep it up!

Ha ha! Thanks, and all I use is a really limited, crappy program free off the Internet, it's not even a proper mixing program really, it Audacity, I use it to recored and mix. :P Just imagine how good it could be if I used ProTools or something...

ProTools is good. If you could get something like Fruity Loops or Reason that you could run VST and VSTi's off of you'd have even more options. There's a tone of free VST instruments you can get online if you wanted to do some symphony-rock type crap. I mean, obviously your focus is on live instruments, but you'd have so many options.

I have Fruity Loops, and it's a bit tricky to use, but you can do a lot with it.

I wouldn't mind throwing the odd bit of synth or orchestral type stuff in a few songs. I use Guitar Pro 6 for the drums and bass tracks as well as any other non guitar instrument but it's so limiting, I'll have to give Fruity Loops a try. I used to have ProTools years ago but I've lost all the CD's and codes and what not...

GP6 is a lot more useful when it comes to drums for rock than Fruity Loops in my opinion. The most use you'd get out of FL would be orchestral or synth. There's some nice bass plug-ins that you can get for it too that sound pretty real. If you try it, be sure to look for some outside VST/VSTi's, because the ones that come with it are pretty much only geared towards the production of dance/trance/hip-hop music. It's a versatile program if you find your own plug-ins though.

FL9 XXL is really easy to obtain. If you need any help with it, or decide to try it and need some help finding some VST's I'd be more than happy to help. Just shoot me a PM if you need a hand.

GP6 Demo Songs

Ok, I don't have time to record all the songs I write so I've uploaded a few GP6 (Guitar Pro 6 is a program I use to write my songs, also I use the bass and drum tracks from it in my actual recordings) demo versions that I feel are a cut above the rest to Soundcloud and will post them here.

This one is a song I wrote for my dog:

Your backgrounds sound great!

What kind of singer are you looking for? The link I provided below is a song I wrote with my vocals. I'm mostly just getting into singing.

I won't be offended if you say no. It's all about taste afterall. ;)

Pretty good singing man. I have a pretty deadly ear, and I am critical of singers especially myself, and I honestly think you're good.

In your song, I would shorten the intro or throw a couple vocals in to it.

Other than it not being my type of genre, I thought it was very well done.
