Kyosama Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 I'm not a huge fan of this assist system. Who decides if the second guy is worthy or not? How does Nuge get an assist for flicking it to Hamilton, putting him offside that they didn't call and forcing him to make a baseball catch? Seems weird to me that someone has to make the call for the second assist, and then they'd award it on that goal. Would prefer the second assist to just always be there. Smashian Kassian Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 If the German's could be more aggresive down low they would be much closer in this game, they have been fine in the nuetral zone and in our end, they just throw the puck away too much and are always frozen when canada has control in there zone. Smashian Kassian Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 Anyone know who #7 is on the German team (The defensemen) He seems to have good size, and is one of the few guys who has had an active stick down low and used his body in the corners.
