Snake Doctor
I have always enjoyed watching the spengler cup more than the wjhc. So is Canada still in or are they knocked out already?
Snake Doctor
Also I really like the atmosphere in that arena.
Snake Doctor
The Islanders need to get rid of Dipetro, and get some stability in net. That signing is going to haunt them until they just deal with it and get a real starter.

Snake Doctor
I thought Biron Richie played a solid game for Canada. I could see him on a fourth line in the NHL before he retires.
bossram
Canada has a lot of big names, but no chemistry. It'll be a tough tournament. **Seems like Tavares is always a beast in any kind of international play.

KillerClown
Man Canada is flying this is one heck of a team.Seeing Ritchie and Holden play I really am susprised these guys didn't stick in the NHL.They seem they could be a great fourth line on most teams. Mauii
Thank you Spengler for providing fans with good hockey entertainment. Thank you Snake Doctor for bringing this to our attention. I'm impressed with the NHL players carrying themselves with class and professionalism and doing some damage control for the reputation of the NHL. Snake Doctor
No problem. Anyways, wow Biron Richie with 2 goals. Again I can see him on a fourth line in the NHL before he retires. As for Josh Holden, he has come a long way, hopefully he will get one more shot at the NHL. The Spengler Cup is exciting hockey right now. Although it's odd to see Thornton and Kane playing for the opposition, it's nice to see team Canada win. As I recall Josh Holden was a member of the Canucks at some point. I don't think he played anything other that a preseason game though.
Snake Doctor
That's the great thing about the Spengler Cup all games are played at one arena and the fans make it a rockin place to to watch a game. I'll start investigating how to get tickets. It would be a good Christmas trip and after we can snowboard.
