MashedBananas
Hey guys! So, I've come across a trade offer from Chicago..... I'm about to enter my 6th season, and I'm about to start the draft. Chicago is offering me the 1st Overall in the Draft for Sam Reinhart, and one of my first round flubs, and my second round pick. My line up looks something like this: Daniel(88)-Henrik(90)-Vrbata(82) Booth(83)-Gaunce(89)-Burrows(81) Fyten(80)-Revenko(89)-Hansen(79) Greening(76)-Schroeder(80)-Tochkin(74) Hamhuis(88)-Edler(88) Eklund(86)-Garrision(81) Lundin(76)-Braun(79) Schneider(84) Lack(75) As you can see, I have 3 first line centers on my squad. Revenko I fleeced from New Jersey, and of course, Gaunce and Hank. The Sedins are edging pretty close to retirement, which'll open a spot for Reinhart. So, my question is, do I trade Reinhart to the Hawks for their first overall? Or wait for him to develop into a stud. I've already got the 3rd overall in the draft, which I fleeced from Detroit the season before, so do I want the first overall? I'm pretty stacked prospects wise too, so would you do it? Here's the trade one more time I get: 1st Overall pick. Chicago gets: Reinhart(84) (Has yet to play a game in the NHL) Some first round flub 2nd Round pick (59) (I should mention if you guys didn't know, that Sam Reinhart is a center...) G-52
your lineup is bad.
Lonny_Bohonos_14
I would say it depends on who you think will go 1st overall and/or what your needs are. Personally I wouldn't do it. Depending on your prospect depth at goal, I would rather use Reinhart (or the 3rd overall) to grab a star goalie, or possibly a stud winger. Smashian Kassian
Depends on who is going 1st overall, if you don't know who it is then don't accept. I wouldn't do it.
Mr. White
Trade Hank or Danny + whatever else and then move Revenko and Gaunce up. And since that would leave you with only one Sedin you could trade the other for a good prospect
James van Riemsdyk
Don't do it, Hank might retire soon in your game, and Sam seems like he could easily fill your third line spot when you move Gaunce and Revenko up.
