-AJ-
So we have a tie for the #39 Player of All-Time! Both Adam Oates and Sidney Crosby have 6 votes, just over 26% each. Which of these two is the #39 Player of All-Time? Adam Oates Sidney Crosby

Chronic.Canuck
I voted oates, but by the time crosby retires he'll definitely be top 10 if not 5. He just hasn't been in the league long enough compared to what oates accomplished
uber_pwnzor
I stopped caring when Bure got into the top 25.
SkeeterHansen
Oates for sure. Crosby's career (while it's EXTREMELY unlikely) could fizzle out and he could never record another NHL point. Can't really make 'em a top 50 player if they're still playing...
Langdon Algur
If you can't make someone top 50 while they're still playing then take Jagr off the list too
Kubrick
If we wanted to make this fair, we would take past and present players and assess the solely on their first 500 games. Then determine who goes where. It's difficult to say Oates belongs ahead of Crosby when most of Crosby's career is still ahead of him. I vote Crosby, this shouldn't even be close.
