In his defense in the 4 years I have lived in Switzerland Ambri Piotta has been a bottom feeder its a small town of a team basically made up of farmers.... Awsome on Corry though for sideing with a under dog .

It's a shame those highlights aren't like real highlights where they show more than just the goals.

I know it sucks that its Kane and the chitcago blackawks but it is a sick goal that beats Schneider. He's done this many times. Hard to stop him when he makes that many moves.

Too dumb to link but look up Kane shoot out goal on Schneider in you tube.

Great workout for him. Seeing lots of pucks. Doesn't matter if he wins or loses.

Sick hands. But a simple pokecheck would make Kane look stupid on that play.

Terrible, unreliable in shootouts. Trade him to New York for Lundqvist and Brad Richards.

By the way learn how to spell SHIRIKOV who is this shirakov

Amazingly on his first shift Kassian would have had a breakaway if Kesler knew how to pass. And he still got switched with Weiss. And note it is "Weiss" not "Wise".

NHL goalies have had a very difficult time finding jobs in Europe. Cory him self had said a couple of time that he was looking for something in Europe but not much was available.

It's most likely that this is the only team Cory could sign with rather than him signing with one of the worst teams out of charity.

Who knows, but we know that he wanted to play to stay sharp. Whether its willing or wanting to play for the bottom feeder it's the same in the end. ;)

Lou...... How's the time off treating you?

conz is fribourg's actual goalie. he is 2-0 in the tourney now. top goalie in the swiss league. he has a .932 save percentage. schneider had a soso outing when he played. 15/17 in a 2-1 loss.
