He maybe worth 4 1st rounders to you, but I doubt any other GMs would have gave that compensation. The fact that the other team you control did it, makes it sketchy.

I bided on Pitton but, I maxed out at 10m, which would have only gave you a 1st, 2nd, and a 3rd.

Like I said, you could easily tank the next four years or try to seem like you're tanking and get a top 10 pick for the next four years.

FTR, I'd have given up every 1st I had for the remainder of the campaign for Pitton, if I'd also had the cap. Not like those 4 picks are going to have time to amount to anything unless you get a #1 pick and a Tanabe again. If Granlund was worth 4 1sts, and he was, especially in this game where every 1st round prospect was 50/50 to be a bust, then Pitton is worth 7 1sts.
