A GM making a 3 way trade when he is in control of 2 of the teams.

It is an unfair advantage in trading.

I am sorry, but this trade should never have been accepted.IMHO

It's still 2 separates trades just done at the same time. No assets from one trade are carried to the next trade

@TSNDrerger: A rather large, 3-way trade has occured. Details are being finalized.

There was originally a component in which Tampa traded a pick to Colorado to balance things out, but now it's just two trades: NYI and TB, and NYI and COL.

Sorry if people are concerned with it. When I posted, originally Tampa was sending a 2nd to Colorado in exchange for two 3rds, since one of my conditions on pulling the trigger was that if I was losing a 1st, NYI had to give Tampa a little something extra and Tampa would forward the extra on to me. So, they got their LW prospect and I got a 2nd, Tampa getting two 3rds.

Once trav pointed out that COL-TBL weren't allowed to trade together, we dropped that portion and changed it to a conditional draft pick. As it stands, neither of the teams I handle moved assets to each other, either directly or roundabout through the Islanders, and trav can confirm that those picks were the only things we tried to pass through, so you can see that it was hardly a scam to get me on top.

I hope this clears up any bad blood over a trade that I'm pretty sure I lost.

Actually, the 2nd for two 3rds appears to have passed thru. If it's the will of the league, I'll trade it back post-haste, but that is all of the benefit Colorado got from Tampa Bay in that period.

The Panthers would like to congratulate Brandon Sutter on his first goal of the season. It only took him 38 games, but we hope he hits 2 by the end of the season

Kari Lehtonen just stopped 47 of 48 to beat Colorado single-handidly. Jack Campbell let in 2 of the first 5 shots. Sad.

The Winnipeg Jets would like to thank Bryan Little for his dedication and commitment to our organization. We wish him all the best in Florida and look forward to the development of LW prospect Harvey Antilla.

The Panthers are happy to add Little to the lineup. We feel he can slot into the 2nd line centre position until Wilson gets back from injury. Ultimately, we hope he will add some much needed offence to the 3rd line which has been very disappointing this season.

You guys need to stop announcing that you're acquiring players before I even approve them.
