Possibly, but I would think more towards a team with lots of cap since Doughty is going to get like 9M next season.

By calculating the derivative of the indifference curves of each teams and equating it to their budget constraints, I have concluded that Doughty is heading to either Philly, Edmonton, Boston, Montreal or San Jose.
