Well to be fair, he did help the team win a division title with a team that had less depth than the one Arniel has. It's up to the coach to get his players motivated, and put a system in place that helps them succeed. Right now Arniel hasn't done that. When I say I miss Mac T, I was making a point that Arniel is so bad that it's making me miss him. Our farm team needs a better coahc then both of them really.
