RAMBUTANS

Would you support my campaign to be a mod?

Now that hockey is back, I think the mods need help. I'm just thinking a way to give back to the community is to be a moderator and help clean up CDC from all the filth and trolling that's happening.

So what say you, do I have your support for a better and brighter CDC?

You don't want to be a mod, I'm a supermod on a local car forum and we have to deal with a lot of childish BS every day. It's more work than you might think.

Don't spam the boards with useless, and unneeded threads then.

I've been a moderator on a number of high-traffic sites and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I'm still a mod on a handful of low-traffic sites, but those are pretty easy to deal with as they're all tight-knit communities and no one really causes trouble. Just have to take care of the odd spambot.
