theminister Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 Really, the Beauchemin deal is about the only trade I think Burke clearly won in his four years. You could make the argument the Leafs won the Phaneuf deal until they made him Captain but... Even the Kaberle deal doesn't look that great if Colbourne doesn't pan out. Kaberle did help the Bruins win the Cup and they are one of the Leafs biggest rivals. Honestly, just based off of his body of work he deserves to get canned.
