Watsuko
Given a new year, a new whipping boy ( barker) and the lack of Vigneaults secret love child ( Rome). Could Ballard bounce back and have a solid year. ??
Zoolander
Barker's future lies solely on his own shoulders. He could be a very useful 6th,7th or even 8th D-man. He won't be the new whipping boy, that will probably be Alberts. But to answer your question, I could definately see Ballard having a bounce back year, as well as Manny and partially Booth (even tho I think he played up to par last season)
theo5789
If Ballard plays like a 4.2 million dollar dman (given our other dmen perform as well), we will most likely make the finals again.

Renelsisc
i always liked Ballard. And I think he will do well this year. Hamhuis - Bieksa Edler - Garrison Ballard - Tanev - Barker Alberts That's pretty solid. And if we can get Gardiner, that would be even better. Moonshinefe
May Ray is going to stay with the team mark my words. he has so little trade value and so much up side if he can bounce back. Even if he doesn't hes still one of the best clock munchers in the league. A wasted scoring chance is always better than an odd man rush against in my book. Dildo Faggins
I wish Ballard could. It would be neat to have two ex Panthers in the defense line up. lol.
Common sense
Ballard needs to play like he's worth 4.2. Otherwise, he could be one of the rollback cuts come this offseason.
nuck nit
Ballard will finally start a year healthy so he will play like he was last year down the stretch-$4.2.
