He also doesn't have the offensive skills accomadate his small size. It's going to be a uphill battle for him to make the NHL full time. He will get a few games, but he's not a NHL player. Jägermeister Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 I'm actually surprised that the Kings didn't realize Hickey would likely be claimed if he went through waivers, or that if they didn't care, that they didn't at least try to get a 6th or 7th rounder or something in a trade return.
