Super_Canuck
To Wsh: Luongo To Van: Michal Neuvirth Marcus Johansson Washington gets a #1 goalie they've needed for years and this also puts Luongo pretty close to his family in FLA. Canucks get a solid experienced backup and a top 6 fwd who could fill the gap as the 2nd line centre and could then be moved to the wing when Kes comes back. What do you guys think? If Caps hesitate to move Johansson, I'd maybe throw in a 3rd pick or maybe Jordan Schroeder

Pears
I'd just hang on to Luongo if that's all we can get.
Danthecanucksfan
We don't need a young goalie coming back, I know that there are a lot of Toronto trades already but that's where he's most likely going, not Washington.
elvis15
As with any Wash/Van proposal involving Luongo, it's not likely as they're happy at this point with their two goalies and probably aren't willing to pay extra to upgrade. One of their goalies will emerge as the starter, or they'll work in tandem, and they're fine with that.
-Vintage Canuck-
Nope doesn't make sense for either teams.
MarchandSucks
Washington has a goalie. His name is Braden Holtby. Perhaps you've heard of him??

elvis15
I dunno.. I'm not saying they are in the luongo hunt, but I could see them getting frustrated at another early playoff exit this year and wanting to bring a solid vet in while ovie is in his prime

Super_Canuck
Darren Dreger said on TSN that a Lu trade to TO might involve Bozak and Kadri going to Vancouver, I would take Johnasson over those 2 anyway.
