I was just going to suggest something similar, but I doubt Philly gives up both Schenn and Read.

If the Flyers are interested, I could see something like:

Luongo+Raymond+Sauve

for

Schenn/Couturier(depending on who they want to give)+Grossman

They buy-out Bryz, upgrade by getting Lu.

Raymond fills in their top-9, is an immediate replacement for Couts/Schenn.

Sauve gives them a decent D prospect in a prospect pool lacking one.

Canucks get an amazing prospect in Schenn/Couts who can fill in our top-9 now.

Get Grossman who it is rumoured Gillis wants. He is a solid #4/5 shutdown d man.

If they can't afford to give up a d man(Grossman) without getting an NHL ready one back, either offer Ballard (cap problems for Philly though?) or (reluctant to do this) offer Tanev and a pick and try to get Read back as well. (Instead of Sauve)

Overall, I like your proposal, but I'm not sure the Flyers would do it.
