:D
Looking for a decent Sci-Fi or Fantasy MMORPG on the horizon. Spent way too much money in the last few months and need something to keep me in the house.
SOB for MVP
Elder Scrolls online should be good
ChenWei91
Well I'm not sure for any upcoming MMOs, especially in the Sci-Fi category. But for Sci-Fi MMOs that are currently out I'd recommend: Planetside 2. Pretty awesome MMOFPS Star Trek Online. Heard it's alright. Both of these games are F2P btw... :D
I should have stuck with SW:TOR. I was having a fun time playing it and loved the arcade style space battles.
lx Birdie xl
Star trek online is decent. I love the space battles but dislike the stuff on planets(boring) Sw:tor is really good. Both are free to play. Swtor reduces how much xp you get after a certain level if you don't pay for a monthly sub.
GLASSJAW
not much of an MMO person myself, but Elder Scrolls Online looks pretty good, judging by the trailer and gameplay footage I've seen Anyone trying to get in on the beta? p.s. play Dota
Dragonfruits
was never into mmo's but i got into swtor and haven't looked back got 3 level 50's 2 level 42's the story is great i have no issues with the combat system and supposedly there is a super secret space program on the horizon plus a new level cap and planet coming in spring 2013
Bilbro Baggins
Blizzard is making a "next-gen" MMO by the name of Titan... However, they are being super secretive about it and nobody really knows what it's about
:D
Blizzard lost extra cool points for Diablo3. I had gone into that thinking that they could do no wrong... The new Sim City looks alright, but I hate single player games that use DRM. I don't even have an internet connection right now...
TheFastOne21
If you like shooters Planteside 2 is fun once you get over the learning curve. SWTOR is also good as others have said.
DollarAndADream
If you're very much into space exploration and ships and whatnot, then you could try EVE Online. You may have heard of it. By now it's been out for awhile. Although it has a pretty large learning curve.

KoreanHockeyFan
Guild Wars 2 is pretty good right now. TERA: Rising might be good. Although it's gotten mixed reviews.

If you can't wait for Elder Scrolls, I'd definitely go for Guild Wars 2. Very fun game. TERA, is boring. High production values, but the lacks in everything else. I signed up for the Elder Scrolls beta like late December of last year, have yet to get a response...
a Fool
Guild Wars 2 is a great game if you just want to chill out for a couple hours. I have no idea why that game is so relaxing. Probably cause I usually go into insane-grind-mode in MMOs, but didn't for GW2.

ice8eight
GW2 player here, you should try GW2, great story though not as good as the first one but graphics are good. No monthly subscription. Also Neverwinter is in closed beta I think. Would love to try that.
