NuxFan09
Ridiculously early game, folks. The Wolves will take on the St. Louis Blues AHL team first thing tomorrow morning in Peoria. If available, I'll post the lineups tomorrow morning before work. Assuming Matt Climie is ailing from some kind of injury, I imagine Cannata will get the start in net again. Go Wolves! Ossi Vaananen
I know Lack is skating again, though I'm not sure if he's ready yet. I'd like it to be Cannata though.
thehamburglar
Who makes a game start that early jesus. Players are up at like 5 preparing for that game
Ossi Vaananen
The game is at 10 am their time, so they're probably up by 7 ish. It's still retarded to start a game that early, ticket sales must be non existent.

NuxFan09
So many chances for Andrew Gordon! This guy really has been the Wolves' best player the last few games. He's not many years removed from 37 and 28 goal seasons so I'm not surprised he's getting so many chances to score.
NuxFan09
Lots of action in both ends but both team's goalies have been rock solid. I have a feeling the Wolves are officially comfortable with Cannata in net at this point. You wouldn't know the kid has only played a few AHL games. NuxFan09
Fight! Andrew Gordon is trying to hold his own against defenseman David Shields of the Rivermen. The colour guy for the Wolves is pissed off because the Rivermen took exception to a perfectly good, clean hit by Gordon and as a result, Gordon, who is not a fighter, is forced to defend himself against a bigger, more seasonsed fighter. For the record, I agree. Hockey players need to grow thicker skins. In any case, both Shields and Gordon are in the box for 5 minutes for fighting. NuxFan09
Brett Sonne scores for the Rivermen. Poor defensive breakdown by the Wolves after a botched 4 on 2 rush the other way. 2-0 Rivermen.
