Toronto will slump after Luongo goes to another team, much to my delight.

Canucks and Ottawa if they can get some help on D with Cowan out. The Jets are good but it's just too much travel in a shortened season, the Leafs will collapse as usual, and Edmonton's young guns won't be enough to win their way in. Calgary, well, is Calgary and Montreal will take too long to get into the swing of things after having Subban sit out.

Winnipeg anyone?

With them still in the Southeast division and a condensed 48 game schedule? Not so sure they're ready for that. In a better division geographically? Probably.

Ottawa is one. Montreal is another. Toronto is the third. Edmonton is the fourth. Vancouver is the fifth.

The order is not necessarily in the order of ranking. If I were to rank the Canadian teams entering the postseason, first would be either Vancouver or Ottawa.

I picked 4 teams. Van, Edm, Ott, and if TO gets Luongo they will squeeze in as well.

I picked 3 teams.

-Vancouver
-Ottawa
-1 out of Edmonton, Toronto, and Winnipeg (all 3 have an outside chance but I doubt all will make it)

Just one, the Inuit Eskimos and they shall sweep every series and every game will be a shutout for them and there will be at lest 30 goals scored per game.

I predict that there will be at least 1 team in Canada that makes the playoffs

That's pretty much what you just did

I highly doubt the Jets will enter the playoffs.

I feel like a lot will be close (except for Calgary), but only the Canucks will make it.
