Good job on the thread!

Personally I would like to see these changes to the bottom 9:

Raymond - Schroeder - Burrows

Higgins - Lappierre - Hansen

Volpatti - Malhotra - Weise

That 4th line was at it's best when they were together, the Burrows will add finish and grit to the 2nd line, and then the regular 3rd line.

Looking forward to this one! The Ducks are going to be even more dangerous at home than they were the other night so I'm hoping the defense minds their P's and Q's and Schneider is on top of his game.

This isn't that important, but Thornton has been in beast mode to start the season and added another goal and three assists tonight, for a total of 8 assists so far on the season. Wouldn't mind seeing Hank grab a couple assists in this game to try and catch up. Him and Thornton are the consensus two best playmakers in the league since the 04/05 lockout and are #1 and 2 by far in assists since then.

It's the first of a back-to-back for the Quackers so the key is to snag an early lead. With the shortened season there will be a lot of blowouts. If the Canucks could carry a 2-0 lead into the intermission the game will come easier and easier. Might be nice to not blow a 2-0 lead too after these last two games.
