Barring any injuries...

Sedin-Sedin-Burrows

Raymond-Schroeder-Kassian

Higgins-Kesler-Booth

Volpatti/Weise-Lappy-Hansen

Dammmmnnn.. Looking good.. Maybe we should keep Luongo for the entire year and take another shot at the Stanley Cup.. :towel: .. We don't really have room for whoever we pick up in the Luongo trade so might as well keep him as insurance in goal..

I like keeping the Sedins with Burrows and putting Kassian with Raymond and Schroeder to give them some size.. With Kesler back with the AMEX line it relives some pressure. Also it gives the Canucks 3 scoring lines which brings them back to when Hodgson was still with the team.. It gives the team back it's offensive personality.

If Raymond and Kassian are still playing well by that time, I think it'll look something like this.

Sedin-Sedin-Kassian

Raymond-Kesler-Burrows

Higgins-Schroeder-Booth

Volpatti/Malhotra/Weise-Lapierre-Hansen

AV's definitely not easing Kesler in on the 3rd line with Schroeder on the 2nd line, but I can see him putting Booth in the bottom 6 until he finds his wheels (or maybe he stays there). In which case,

Sedin-Sedin-Kassian

Burrows-Kesler-Booth

Raymond-Schroeder-Hansen

Higgins-Lapierre-Volpatti/Malhotra/Weise

That 3rd line seems criminally undersized though, but very fast and defensively aware.

Personally I would like to see:

Sedin-Sedin-Kassian

Higgins-Kesler-Burrows

Raymond- Schroeder-Booth

Weise-Lapierre-Hansen

This way we have 2 scoring lines in the sedins and schroeder. Energy line up in Lapierre. Kesler's line could be a checking/scoring line. So by doing this, we have depth and skill spread out instead of loading up two lines. Each line has chemistry which is key. Plus Booth would finally have a centre that can pass and set him up.

What do you guys think of a line of

Raymond-Kesler-Schroeder?

That would be an insanely fast line that can create a lot of offense and very responsible defensively, it just kind of screws up the other lines...

Sedin-Sedin-Kassian

Raymond-Kesler-Schroeder

Burrows-Lapierre-Booth

Higgins-Malholtra-Hansen

Since the coaching staff likes having pairs, it will be...

Sedin - Sedin - ???

??? - Kesler - Booth

Raymond - Schroeder - ??? (the two have shown some chemistry)

??? - Lapierre - Hansen

So...

Sedin - Sedin - Kassian

Burrows - Kesler - Booth

Higgins - Schroeder - Raymond

Volpatti - Lapierre - Hansen

?
