van_can_man
In my opinion this could be the western conference final preview. This is the Major reason I want Canucks to show some extra effort against Sharks on Sunday at the loudest Arena in NHL "The Shark Tank".Canucks need to win this 1 to gain some confidence for the upcoming battles against this skilled team.San Jose Sharks (4-0-0) remained unbeaten in 2013 and are 1 win away from their best start in franchise history, standing in the way are Vancouver Canucks.Set the tone early, One Step Ahead - Know your enemy. Dogbyte
Sharks are off to a good start but will they be there at the end. Last year the were lucky just to make the playoffs and went out like a lamb. They definitely are looking good though.
Master Mind
While I don't think this will be a WCF matchup, SJ doesn't have enough depth imo to get there. I do however want us to go in there and silence those sharks fans.
oldnews
You never know, it could happen, but I personally don't see the Sharks in the WCF - not even close. Their blueline will have to shock people imo to get them there, and there's just something about their leadership that spells underachievement - aside from Thornton being a tool. And the Canucks have been building up their confidence at the expense of San Jose for some time now.
Markus Alexander Cody
Remember the time when we would never win in The Shark Tank? That changed in 2010-11 season. Since then, we're 5-1 in The Shark Tank, including the playoffs
SvenBae
As much as I don't really care about the Kings... Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
van_can_man
1 thing that scares me is their offense , 19 Goals in just 4 games so far. This will be a great test for our defense and Schneider of course.
yogolol
We came in to Anaheim and stopped them of tying their franchise record for best start now lets head to San Jose from setting a new franchise record.
wallstreetamigo
Spotty D and terrible giveaways aren't going to cut it against the Sharks. They are a confident bunch right now and are taking full advantage of every mistake by the opposition......Canucks better be ready.
canuck_trevor16
Chicago vs Vancouver WCF would bring have high rating.........unlike Vancouver/Sharks
Pears
I think the WCF will feature the Canucks and Blues. The two most well rounded (healthy) teams in the West IMO.
Maninthebox
Key on Boyle early, dump and chase instead of carrying the puck through the neutral zone, and have Lappy get in Thornton's face as often as possible; watch SJ fall apart. Maybe Marleau will be feeling feisty again...
Avicii
Sharks? They still don't know what defense is, Sedins will destroy them again.
uber_pwnzor
No chance they beat the Blues for the Western Finals...
DownUndaCanuck
We've always had great success against the Sharks so I'm not worried, even though Thornton and Marleau are ripping up the league right now. It won't last forever. Hopefully Schneider and our defence can stop these guys because they're putting up record numbers to start the season. 4 consecutive 2-goal games from Marleau is unheard of. DollarAndADream
Sharks are looking pretty strong right now. A lot of it has to do with Marleau's great start to the season though. I mean....2 goals a game in 4 straight games? Jeez.
Kevin Biestra
I agree. The game will be simply delightful. Please pass the Earl Gray. Don't slouch.
