[size=4]

Kesler was out last year and we managed to do just fine with a rookie taking his spot temporarily.
Salo has been replaced just fine, wait 20 games for Garrison to get comfortable, people forget Hammer took 20 games to get adjusted and playing to his capabilities too.
The right deal hasn't come along, had we already shipped Lu off for whatever has been offered thus-far we would look alot worse than we do now.

Salo is an all around pro-with high end d and offense combined.Garrison is not a replacement.Never will be.Not his game.
We did not do fine without Kes.First round exit and seven players traded hands for Hodgson.
Luo is not supposed to be here and he is the bright spot on this team with Kass right now.

Garrison actually has alot of major advantages on Salo, bigger, more durable, faster, younger, same shot, same PP presence. Just needs time to adjust, Sami is underrated but Garrison isn't a step backward regardless of how early anyone wants to make premature judgments, wait till we have a fair sample size.

And actually we did fine while he was out, as we were still top of the league, and if you are talking about the playoffs your logic fails. Since you are saying we will fail without Kesler but really we are ensuring he will be better for the playoffs by not rushing him back. Backwards logic.

And yeah your right, ideally a trade would have been made, but teams don't always comply accordingly. And he has been a bright spot, that is great. While we have him here he is helping us contribute and being a great teammate. What's the issue?

Nah,I don't see it but maybe he will morph into an offensive guy from a defensive guy.Brian Campbell would make Aaron Rome a twenty goal guy.
Kesler sucked from late January on and so did the team.
We won one playoff game.It was a huge year.

So I don't get your point here... You're saying we suck now cause we didn't win the cup last year? Do you watch these Canucks games, because I seriously doubt you're a Canucks fan...more like a band wagon jumper who only experienced the cup run, and now the team can't live up to your lofty expectations of no losses and a 1.000 save % from both goalies...or maybe they should do a Siamese twin conjoining operation and join schneider and Lu indefinitely; solving the goalie situation, and also having the added benifit of blocking the goal mouth completely....of course then they could only take one pay cheque also, then we can get Sid or ovi...

Funny, when you look back at your posts, My post was a little on the unstated side, except the goalie contraversy, which aside from CDC's fascination with it, appears not to be there! Hmmf!
