elvis15
OP, go to the top of the page you are on right now, and where it says TICKETS TEAM SCHEDULE... hover over SCHEDULE with your mouse. Then click on GAME CALENDAR (or just click on the link I nicely added for you here). That will take you to a page where it shows the schedule of the Canucks, and if you look at tonight's game, you'll see it says 7PM SNET-P. You can even click on the day in the calendar and it'll give you more info. This is where you have to step away from the Canucks website for a minute: go to your TV and scroll through the channels until you see SNET-P (Sportsnet Pacific). Whatever channel that is for you in Victoria will be the one you want your TV to be on at 7PM tonight. Or you could have just looked and seen the other threads about this: /topic/339301-what-station-is-the-canucks-vs-avalanche-game-on/">What station is the Canucks vs Avalanche game on /topic/339261-jan-30-game-televised-or-what/">Jan 30 game televised or what ? Or you could have waited to ask in the GDT, which should be up soon. Give a man a fish...

elvis15
Actually I stepped IN to the Canucks website to ask because I did not see it on the listings for Shaw. They rarely screw up listings (the alloted time given for recording is another issue) so I was just wondering.
nucks_rule1
sportsnet messes up the listings alot. Dont worry tune in at 7.

lovemycanucks
Just got off the phone with Shaw ( I am in the Okanagan ) and they said YES the game will be on SNET Pacific at 7 tonight. The guide is just incorrect because of the late start to the season. The guide still says skiing but in fact will be the game

Stizz19
Indeed, that's what the people in the other two threads about this were saying. There's more than one way to skin a cat, however, and the channel for televised games is always listed on CDC in the schedules. Check it out, see for yourself - all the games next month are televised and the schedule lists TSN, Sportsnet, CBC and even RDS2 for the French speaking people under all the games. Heck, you could have googled it and found out faster than creating a thread on CDC and waiting for a reply.
Ossi Vaananen
You sir, are a douche. The Guide for shaw says skiiing. Could have just answered the question rather than obnoxiously ranting, trying to make yourself feel smart and superior. Turned out it just made you look stupid.
