But yourselves? It's clearly a great media publicity topic and the media loves covering it because a bunch of people are obviously roped into the topic. I can at least guarantee that the media covers the material not because the players and the NHL like reading it...Yes, the media is to blame...but so is the media's audience. No derp audience? No media controversy. Duh? AV is sticking to his game plan and it just so happens that the W's didn't play out too well. Lu getting the start today could've been decided even before the last 2 or 3 games. The team is doing whatever it takes to raise their winning chances. Plus, just because all of you sit on the computer every day reading gossip columns and horoscopes doesn't mean the players do as well. If you trace back to some of the pre and post-game interviews, most of the questions the media end up asking are topics that the players have heard about for the very first time.
